QUERCETIN & BROMELAIN
Quercetin belongs to a group of plant pigments called flavonoids that give many fruits, flowers, and vegetables their colours. It is richly present in a variety of foods including apples, black tea, berries, capers, red wine, and onions.
They’ve been linked to several health benefits and have potent antioxidant properties. Antioxidants are compounds that can bind to and neutralize free radicals. Free radicals are unstable molecules that may cause cellular damage when their levels become too high.
