Which Foods are Tested For?
This cerascreen® Food Reaction Test Kit measures the concentration of specific IgE antibodies to 24 different foods and the concentration of specific IgG4 antibodies to 38 different foods. The test thus covers the foods that are responsible for a large proportion of food allergies in Europe.
